Petir Park is another project by the National Park Board of Singapore to provide residents living in HDB around Petir Road, Bukit Panjang with an exceptionally high quality recreational facility for better lifestyles.

The iconic feature of the new Bukit Panjang Park is its three arched central stage constructed using ADAS® Tensile Membrane. The arches, constructed out of circular sections,  are stabilized by transverse cables. The PTFE tensile membrane covering the entire stage is supported at five high points on the central arch, creating a wavy-curvy peaked profile,  making it the most attractive architectural structure around the park. The stretch of linkways is of an undulated form and its steel bracings are placed on top of the tensile membrane roof making it inconspicuous to pedestrians.
